My Philosophy

My acupuncture philosophy is rooted in the timeless teachings of Sun Si‑Miao, emphasizing a holistic, patient‑centered approach that blends ancient wisdom with modern science. I treat every individual with compassion, empathy, and non‑judgmental care, believing that healing begins when the practitioner truly honors the person’s unique story and needs. Integrating channel theory, I locate and balance the flow of Qi along the twelve primary meridians, using precise needle placement to restore harmony and support the body’s innate self‑regulation. In sports‑medicine acupuncture, I focus on enhancing performance, accelerating recovery, and preventing injury by targeting points that reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and modulate pain pathways. For men’s and women’s reproductive and fertility health, I address hormonal balance, menstrual irregularities, and fertility challenges through tailored protocols that respect each patient’s reproductive goals. My pain‑therapy work combines traditional point selection with evidence‑based techniques to alleviate acute and chronic discomfort, while my general‑care practice offers preventive support, stress reduction, and overall, well‑being for anyone seeking a balanced, healthy life.

My Approach

My practice is built on a holistic, individualized framework that honors the whole person—body, mind, and spirit. Drawing from Sun Si‑Miao’s principles, I begin each session with a compassionate listening process, identifying the unique patterns of imbalance that underlie a client’s concerns. By mapping these patterns onto the meridian network, I create a personalized treatment plan that integrates acupuncture, lifestyle counseling, and evidence‑based modalities, ensuring that every intervention supports the patient’s specific goals and life context.
